Bambi

In 2019 we added a new breed to our program, the highly sought after bernedoodle.  We have always admired the many attributes of the Bernese Mountain Dog but with so many inherent health issues and a track record of stubborn behaviors the sad reality of this parent breed is a life span of 7 years with much of that time spent in an uphill battle of training efforts and health bills. Too remedy this we added an AKC apricot poodle and a splash of gold!  Golden retrievers are known for their obedience and good manners. By careful design we offer the Golden Bernedoodle to give you a highly trainable companion or service dog with a life expectancy of 12-14 years of age. Our Golden Bernedoodle Bambi is our claim to fame and has bonded with our third born daughter Lulu who caters to her every need.  Bambi is hilarious and loves feet.  She is our barnyard manager and her nickname is "The Sherriff." Check out videos of her rounding up the turkeys!  By right of her parent breeds she was harder to train than our doubledoodles but we could not be prouder of this silly ball of fluff.  Her coat is a wavy low maintenance, low to no shed, meaning a couple times a year we notice a few hairballs at most. She is 38 lbs of pure happiness.
